Course description
The course “Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation: Case Studies and Best Practices (General Module)” is one of the main parts of the professional cycle of disciplines for the Master’s degree program “Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation”. The course will contribute to the development of analytical skills in the field of climate change adaptation and mitigation for any sector of the economy.
The main goal is to form in students an understanding of climate change processes, its causes and consequences, as well as to teach them to develop and apply strategies: mitigation (reduction of greenhouse gas emissions), adaptation (adaptation to existing climate changes).
