ClimEd Workshop in Slavske: From Course Development to Implementation and International Visibility

In 2026, the international Erasmus+ ClimEd workshop “From Course Development to Impact: Pathways for Implementation and International Visibility” was held at the educational and research facilities of Lviv Polytechnic National University in Slavske, Carpathian Region. The workshop was dedicated to the implementation of the developed educational courses and ensuring their long-term impact.

The participants focused on integrating ClimEd courses into Master’s, PhD and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes at the partner universities, the use of the ClimEd Distance Learning Portal, strategies for disseminating project results, increasing the international visibility of educational products, and ensuring their sustainability after the project’s completion. Considerable attention was also devoted to stakeholder engagement, quality assurance, and the further development of the educational ecosystem created within ClimEd.

The workshop became a logical continuation of the previous work on course standardization and the final step in the transition from course development to their full implementation, international recognition, and long-term use of the ClimEd project results in the field of climate education in Ukraine.
